About the Credit Union

Founded in 1965, Fairleigh Dickinson University Federal Credit Union (FDU FCU) is a federally chartered credit union serving the University's students, faculty, and staff.  Since then, many other local businesses and organizations have joined FDU FCU.

As a non-profit, member-owned institution, FDU FCU strives to support members in achieving and maintaining sound personal finances.

Our Approach
FDU FCU operates for the benefit of our members. You'll find us to be highly:

• Personable. FDU FCU staff members are friendly and service-oriented. We know our members personally and delight in meeting your day-to-day and long-term financial services needs.

• Professional. FDU FCU staff members are also highly credible professionals. We treat our members and each other with honesty, integrity, and respect.

• Helpful. FDU FCU staff members have access to resources about the strategies and tactics necessary for sound money management. We strive to share those resources with our members-providing the insight necessary for making good financial decisions.

• Convenient. With branch locations on the Madison and Teaneck campuses, six ATMs across both campuses, plus access to your personal accounts through the Internet, banking with the credit union has never been easier or more convenient.
